Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:To secure your spot on the retreat, before July 1 2024 you have the option to pay Early Bird in full or Early Bird payment plan; the deposit plus 4 scheduled monthly payments.  From July 1 2024 you have the option to pay Regular in full or Regular payment plan; the deposit plus 2 scheduled monthly payments. Full payment is required by October 2024. Payment is to be made directly from this site. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the start date of the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the start date of the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the retreat.Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, and will be refunded to the same account with which the purchase was made

3. Travel & Health Insurance:It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase comprehensive travel & health  insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays. This is solely the responsibility of the participant and is excluded from the cost of the retreat package. 

4. Travel Document Requirements For a visa on arrival, you must provide your passport, valid for at least 6 months after your return flight, with nothing less than two empty pages. Egyptian tourist visa on arrival is available for USD 25 and valid for 30 days. Reason for entry is tourism / retreat and a confirmation of your booking may be shown to customs officials upon request. 

5. Changes to the Retreat:In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat date or receive a refund of the retreat cost minus a 10% administrative fee.Astral Womb reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, accommodations, or facilitators if necessary, based on factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen logistical challenges.

6. Health and Safety:   Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in good health and able to participate in the retreat activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.  The health and safety of all participants is top priority, and the retreat organizers will adhere to any local health and safety guidelines and regulations in place at the time of the retreat.

7. Code of Conduct:  It is expected that all participants conduct themselves with respect and consideration towards fellow retreat attendees, facilitators, and staff. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability Waiver:In reserving a spot on the retreat, participants agree to release the retreat organizers and facilitators from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the retreat.9.
